The firm specialises in criminal defence and advising companies on commercial criminal law. Twelve specialists at the two locations represent individuals and companies in Schleswig-Holstein, Hamburg, northern Germany and nationwide.
Our advice and defence services in all areas of criminal law and related fields naturally also extend to legal issues related to criminal charges in disciplinary and professional law proceedings, as well as the defence against claims for damages, in particular claims for directors’ and officers’ liability.
