Directions

By car

Coming from the south and west (Neumünster, Hamburg, Rendsburg, also Flensburg and Schleswig) via the A7/A215 towards Kiel-Mitte, turn right before the Exerzierplatz, left at the next intersection, past the Rathausplatz and Kleine Kiel to the Kieler Schloss car park (nearest parking option). Coming from the north-west (Eckernförde) via the B76, take the “Zentrum” exit, then turn left towards the centre, diagonally left behind Wilhelmsplatz, left behind Exerzierplatz, past Rathausplatz and Kleiner Kiel to the Kieler Schloss car park (nearest parking option). Coming from the east (Plön, Lübeck) via the B76, take the exit to the right onto Sörensenstraße, turn left at the first traffic light intersection onto Bahnhofstraße, continue on Kaistraße and Wall, turn left twice after Ostseekai, then enter the Kieler Schloss car park (nearest parking option).

By bus

From the city centre, take one of the many bus routes from the train station to the Seegarten/Ostseekai stop.

From the east (Berlin, Lübeck), take the A 24 to Hamburg, follow Sievekingsallee at the roundabout, continue on Bürgerweide, Spaldingstraße, Amsinckstraße/B4, keep left and stay on Amsinckstraße/B4, then turn right onto Rödingsmarkt, continue on Graskeller and then onto Stadthausbrücke.

From the south (Hanover, Bremen), take the A1 to Veddeler Brückenstraße/B4/B75 in Hamburg, continue on Veddeler Brückenstraße/B4/B75, turn slightly left onto B4, continue straight ahead on Amsinckstraße/B4, then turn right onto Rödingsmarkt, continue on Graskeller and then on Stadthausbrücke.

From the north (Kiel), take the A7 to exit 26-HH-Stellingen, turn right onto Kieler Str./B4, turn left onto Stresemannstraße/B4, use one of the two left lanes to turn left onto Rödingsmarkt, continue onto Graskeller and then onto Stadthausbrücke.

By train

From Hamburg Central Station, you can reach the law firm in approximately 5 minutes: Take the S1 (direction: Wedel) or the S3 (direction: Pinneberg) to the “Stadthausbrücke” stop and use the “Neuer Wall” exit.

Appointments

For meetings, please make an appointment in advance with our staff, who can be reached at the above times on the above office numbers. Please be prepared to provide the relevant authority (e.g. which police station or public prosecutor’s office?), a file number and the status of the proceedings (e.g. whether charges have already been brought) during the initial telephone call. Please bring any relevant documents with you to the meeting.

Urgent Cases

In urgent cases (search/seizure/arrest) during office hours, please expressly inform our staff of this special situation by calling the office number 0431 545 97 70. They will be able to tell you within what time frame a solicitor from the Gubitz and Partner law firm will be available and, if necessary, offer to arrange for a competent colleague to assist you. Please try to provide the name of the responsible authority (e.g. which police force or public prosecutor’s office?) and a file number.

Emergency defence lawyer service

On weekends and public holidays, the Kiel Criminal Defence Emergency Service is also available in Kiel and the surrounding area on 0172 514 79 79. Please note that this number has been set up for urgent cases and criminal matters only. If you already have a client relationship with Gubitz and Partners, please inform our colleagues.r besteht.
